Julian has joined forces with the highly talented vocalist Nicola Ghiaci, to form a classic piano and vocal duo ‘Fine and Mellow’.

Nicola has had a successful career both as a vocal trainer and vocalist in a wide range of acts. Her dreamy vocals and unique style of delivery have been consistently wowing audiences in the nightclub, corporate and wedding circuits. The energy and stylish elegance she brings make Jazz standards refreshingly and often surprisingly new again. Equally comfortable with contemporary material, she gives material from Adele to Alicia Keys her own signature style.

With a repertoire including the timeless classics of Billy Holiday, her classic hit ‘Fine and Mellow’ made for natural choice of name for this classy duo

Whilst solo piano is ideal for creating atmosphere, Julian can also offer added dynamics as a piano vocalist. Drawing from his vast repertoire he provides is own unique arrangements of tunes ideally suited to this combination, from Elton John to Coldplay, not forgetting all the ‘Rat Pack’ classics too. He is also able to provide a discrete amplification system suitable for most small to medium size venues
